Linda Alber of ONDAMED, Inc. interviewed Dr. Michael Torosian & Dr. Veruschka Torosian who offored to share their story in order to help others understand ONAMED from the perspective of the practitioner.

Dr. Michael Torosian is a former surgion and now the Medical Director of the International Wellness Clinic, and specializes in Anti-Aging & Regenerative Medicine. His specialty is the prevention of age-related diseases in men such as heart disease, peripheral vascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, dementia and cancer. He is a member of the American Academy for Anti-Aging Medicine and the World Society for Anti-Aging Medicine and is Board-certified in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine. 

Dr. Veruschka Torosian is the Director of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine of the International Wellness Clinic. She was educated in Germany in the field of Psycho-neuroimmunology and Integrative Medicine by world-renowned physicians and research experts from Europe. Her clinical specialties include Preventative, Regenerative and Naturopathic Medicine, Mind Body Medicine, and Natural and Nutritional Medicine.

Why is this site “Dedicated to You”? Listening to Dr. Wolf-Dieter Kessler in a recent interview, it hit home as to the real purpose of this site. Dr. Wolf-Dieter got into this field as a result of  “frustration…. When you are a doctor and you are confronted with patients who have problems and you don’t have nothing to offer…” Dr. Wolf-Dieter was looking for a better way and the Ondamed came into his life at the right time.

Over the past few years we see more and more health professionals searching for alternatives to traditional medicine. It could be because their patients are becoming better educated and bombarding them with questions; it could be we are seeing more and more illnesses as a result of our environment, horrible eating habits, or stress; it could be number of reasons. I believe more and more the public is looking for doctors and practitioners who are providing a wellness approach in their practice, and doctors are beginning to realize if they are going to survive, instituting a wellness program in their practice is absolutely necessary.
