ONDAMED Case Studies — Glaucoma

The following is from a 2002 study "Treating Glaucoma with the ONDAMED Technology"
written by Wolf-Dieter Kessler, M.D., Ph.D.

Glaucoma is the second leading cause of blindness globally. Pharmaceutical and surgical treatment often do not yield the desired therapeutic results.

66-yr old female presented with progressive state of chronic open-angle-glaucoma

T-value around 20 mg Hg even after Goniotrepanation. Patient presented post-surgical problems with increased tension compensation and further damage to the nervus opticus. Further degeneration may have been a result of the injection-anesthetic applied at surgery.

A new treatment approach is recommended with ONDAMED Technology, 10 sessions twice weekly at half hour sessions each. Applicators are placed according to patient’s pulse reactions, primarily liver and intestinal areas.

Patient reports of significant improvement of overall condition, major reduction of her dark rings around the eyes and less redness, and light sensitivity has reduced.

Right inner eye pressure remains consistently low at around 10 mm Hg and left at 18 mm Hg.
